Shipping & Delivery

You will receive a confirmation from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be home when the representative comes by. You will also be called when the representative is on his way to you. Re-delivery after a failure to have someone at the shipping address to receive the order, will be at a cost.

Also, all of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery to the address you provided us. 

However, there are sometimes extra delivery charges. This will depend on the value of your order. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the relevant delivery charge. 

Returns & Refund

Returns for non-defective items will be treated on a case-by-case basis so please contact our Customer Experience team who will be able to assist you further.

We do make every effort through descriptions and images to correctly represent the items on sale at However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it you must contact to arrange return authorization. Items returned without authorization will result in delayed processing. You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour.

For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns of underwear or lingerie if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.

Payments Accepted

We allow a number of modes of payment so our customers can opt for the options that suit them best. You can pay for your orders with any one of the following options:

Online Card Payment: You may pay for your orders with any Branded bank card namely Mastercard and Visa. Choose the “Pay with Card” option, and you will be redirected to the payment page to enter your details and effect payment.     

Mobile Money: You  can pay for your orders using MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo Cash and Vodafone Cash.
